Meet Mary

Hi, I’m Mary, the owner of Hear Me Heal. I’m a survivor and a peer support specialist who believes in meeting people exactly where they are. My work is rooted in lived experience, compassion, and the deep understanding that healing doesn’t have to happen alone. I show up with honesty, empathy, and a commitment to holding space for others as they navigate their own journeys. My goal is simple: to offer the kind of steady, human connection that once helped me find my way forward.

Through Hear Me Heal, I offer the same steady presence that once helped me find my way back to myself. I show up with softness, understanding, and a belief that even the heaviest stories can begin to feel lighter when they are carried together.
